Project Manager (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects for a leading German company. The role involves planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope and budget across multiple locations in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, milestones, timelines and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, ensure quality standards and control costs.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
• Handle scope changes, resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP.
• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana.
