Quality Inspector (m/f/d)

About the role

Röchling Medical is looking for a diligent Quality Inspector to ensure that all incoming raw materials and production orders meet strict quality standards. You will work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment supporting the manufacturing of medical devices and components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specific quality checks on incoming raw materials and production orders.
• Approve production orders after verification.
• Conduct special checks in consultation with the supervisor.
• Take random samples from suppliers for testing.
• Create and process quality deviations (blockages) and document them according to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with SOP requirements.
• Work within a continuous 4‑shift system (early, late, night).

Required profile

• Completed technical or commercial training.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High quality awareness, diligence, and very good eyesight.
• Reliability, teamwork orientation, and willingness to learn.
• Readiness to work rotating shifts.
