Quality Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join a mission‑critical construction project in Frankfurt, Germany. The role is responsible for implementing the Project Quality Management Plan, ensuring compliance with company standards and German regulations, and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and management of the Project Quality Plan throughout all construction phases.
• Ensure works comply with company procedures, client requirements, project specifications, DIN standards, Eurocodes and German regulations.
• Monitor construction activities against approved Inspection and Test Plans, method statements and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and quality reviews, identify non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives to resolve quality issues.
• Manage quality documentation including inspection records, test certificates, NCRs and close‑out documents.
• Support handover by ensuring complete and compliant quality documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, site walks and client inspections, providing quality leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Lead, Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer on large‑scale construction, data‑centre, pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance processes and inspection requirements.
• Knowledge of German construction regulations, DIN standards, Eurocodes and ISO 9001 QMS.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using quality management software systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
