Receptionist (m/w/d) – Guest Services

About the role
Join the Guest Experience team at a leading hotel in Cologne and be the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering memorable, personalized service throughout each stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk guest assistance, including check‑in, check‑out and handling special requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and technical teams to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.
- Process operational needs, complete reports and share local area highlights with guests.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
