Receptionist – Private Equity Firm, Munich

About the role

Our client, a leading private equity firm in Munich, is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis. The role is fully onsite, requiring you to be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and employees, while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner, managing visitor registration.
• Answer, direct, and manage incoming calls.
• Prepare meeting rooms for conferences, calls, and events.
• Coordinate with suppliers such as cleaning, facilities, and coffee services.
• Arrange catering for meetings when required.
• Maintain office supplies, food, and drinks stock.
• Ensure all office equipment and kitchen areas are functional and clean.
• Handle email correspondence in German and English.
• Manage document processing, including printing, binding, and signatures.

• Professional, friendly, and calm demeanor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset.
• Experience in an office reception or hospitality/events role.
• Fluent German and advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and work well in a team.
