About the role

As a creative and communicative Recruiter, you will join BCG's Human Resources team supporting non‑consulting employees across the Central Europe region. You will act as the primary point of contact for a defined employee group, guiding hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post compelling job advertisements and advise on posting strategies.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Oversee external recruitment partners and negotiate framework agreements.
• Analyse recruitment data, generate insights, and implement process improvements.
• Lead projects in employer branding, ATS enhancements, and new recruiting channel development.
• Plan and organise quarterly events for new hires and students to foster community.

Required profile

• Vocational‑technical college degree, preferably in HR management or business psychology.
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a service‑oriented, multinational environment.
• High integrity, discretion, and strong attention to nuance.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
