Recruiter – Full Lifecycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter who can drive high‑quality talent acquisition across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, conduct thorough prescreenings, and ensure a compliant, transparent hiring process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruiting strategies for assigned projects, managing all activities through the applicant tracking system.
• Source qualified candidates using Boolean search, AI‑enabled tools, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct structured prescreening interviews to assess fit, project context, and risk considerations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, guiding compliant and market‑informed hiring decisions.
• Perform pre‑employment assessments, reference checks, and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Oversee new‑hire paperwork and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, generate reports, and support workforce planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate or staffing‑agency environments.
• Experience recruiting for large, complex, multinational organizations.
• Strong consultative approach with a bias for action and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Use of AI‑enabled sourcing and screening tools.
