Sales Manager – 120k OTE – Open to Recent Graduates

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to launch and grow new verticals for a high‑performance recruitment consulting firm. The role is based in Munich and is open to recent graduates who are commercially sharp and eager to build high‑value client relationships across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop new verticals from scratch, targeting technical and engineering markets.
• Partner with Strategists and Talent Partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle—from first meeting to repeat business.
• Drive outbound activity with depth and credibility, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify new revenue streams within existing accounts and expand them.

Required profile

• Fluent German.
• Commercially intelligent with strong analytical ability.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical value propositions.
• Comfortable selling to senior leadership.
• Based in Munich.

• Base salary €45,000 – €60,000 per year plus uncapped commission (16% of closed revenue).
