Scaffolding Site Supervisor (m/f/d) – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Site Supervisor to lead our scaffolding projects at the Stadtlohn location. In this role you will be the primary technical contact for clients and ensure that all scaffold work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for all scaffolding projects on site.
• Act as the on‑site point of contact for clients and coordinate communication.
• Plan, schedule and monitor the work of internal staff and subcontractors.
• Organise site set‑up, material and equipment planning and document site‑specific operations.
• Conduct training sessions for skilled trades personnel in line with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in scaffolding construction.
• Preferably a certified scaffolding foreman or master scaffolder.
• Independent, reliable and conscientious work style.
• Team‑player with the ability to lead skilled trades personnel.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence.
