About the role
Wolt is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead its largest SMB restaurant partners in Germany. You will drive adoption of Wolt’s products, negotiate complex commercial deals and provide data‑driven consultancy to help partners grow on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and increase adoption of Wolt’s products and services across your restaurant portfolio.
- Lead strategic commercial negotiations, close complex deals and meet financial targets.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyse large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present consultative recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute joint campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Track competitive landscape and feed insights into product development.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client‑facing commercial role such as Account Management, Sales or Marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach to client management.
- Proven ability to understand financial drivers of the restaurant/food‑delivery industry.
- Analytical mindset capable of synthesising large datasets.
- Self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
