About the role

Join CUJU, a sport‑tech startup reshaping football scouting with AI. As a Senior Android Developer you will lead the creation of a cross‑platform mobile experience using Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile, delivering high‑quality features for athletes, clubs and organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new Android features with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMP).
• Ensure performance, clean architecture and reusable modules across the app.
• Collaborate with backend and computer‑vision teams to integrate AI analytics, video handling and gamification.
• Work closely with designers, product managers and engineers to deliver end‑to‑end functionality.
• Perform code reviews, improve CI/CD pipelines and maintain robust test coverage.
• Mentor junior developers and help evolve mobile engineering standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with KMP, Jetpack Compose and modern Android trends, contributing to the technical roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform and Android SDK.
• Solid understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture and reactive programming (Flows, Coroutines).
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and dependency‑injection frameworks (Hilt, Koin, Dagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, unit testing, Play Store delivery and real‑time data sync (REST, GraphQL).
• Excellent English communication skills and a passion for sports‑focused, user‑centric products.
