Senior Customer Success Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Senior Customer Success Manager will join LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team in Munich on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid, you will partner with Account Directors to ensure enterprise customers realise the full value of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, sales leaders and program managers, guiding them through onboarding, implementation and adoption of Sales Navigator.
• Develop and execute customer success plans that define shared goals, KPIs and measurable ROI.
• Deliver change‑management coaching, webinars and onsite sessions to drive modern selling best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to activate CRM, marketing automation, BI, sales acceleration and web‑conferencing integrations.
• Monitor usage and health metrics to proactively prevent churn and support LinkedIn’s retention strategy.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in customer success, account management or a related consulting role.
• Proven ability to engage with C‑level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong change‑management and adoption expertise, especially in sales‑technology environments.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a consultative, prescriptive approach.
