Senior Customer Support Engineer

About the role

You will own technical customer resolution end‑to‑end, bridging product, engineering, and customers to ensure reliable AI‑driven infrastructure for core operations. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve support processes and scale as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and reproduce production issues across product, data, integrations, and workflows.
• Dive into logs, databases, customer examples, and the codebase to identify root causes.
• Own technical resolution from investigation through fix and communicate clearly with customers.
• Design and deploy AI agents that automate support tasks and accelerate resolution.
• Manage AI‑agent‑driven workflows that assist investigation and flag when engineering input is required.
• Produce clear technical write‑ups for escalations, including reproduction steps and relevant data.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to internal playbooks and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape support as the product scales.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of full‑stack software engineering experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience shipping production code and debugging across logs, databases, APIs, and unfamiliar codebases.
• Comfort with customer‑facing technical work and ownership of end‑to‑end resolution.
• Strong German language skills (B2 level or above) and good English for international collaboration.
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate for on‑site collaboration.
• Experience designing or deploying AI agents for support automation is a plus.
