Senior Full Stack Engineer (w/m/d)

About the role

A hands‑on senior full‑stack role on a team building a core platform that powers AI‑driven workflows. You will own features end‑to‑end, collaborating across frontend, backend and data systems to deliver scalable, secure products that handle large data and high request volumes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship feature‑rich UIs using TypeScript and React with a focus on user experience.
• Design and implement robust backend systems to scale data processing and API traffic.
• Own features from concept through deployment to operation, ensuring reliability and security.
• Investigate production incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute thoughtful code reviews.
• Index and synchronize large client datasets with granular permissions.
• Operate systems processing high volumes of AI‑related calls with high reliability.
• Architect scalable environments that support rapid onboarding of new integrations.
• Collaborate with the core stack and AI integrations to shape user interaction with the platform.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong backend experience at scale with Python, tRPC, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and running high‑throughput distributed services.
• Experience with AI services or a strong interest in AI‑integrated platforms.
• Proven product‑ownership mindset with emphasis on UX and long‑term product success.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

What we offer

• Salary range: 60,000 EUR to 80,000 EUR annually.

• Hybrid work arrangement with primary location in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
