Senior Growth Marketer (B2B SaaS)

About the role

You will own and operate performance marketing channels end‑to‑end for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. Using AI tools you will drive acquisition, optimise conversion funnels and shape the future automation stack.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy, budget and execution for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta campaigns, working closely with an agency.
• Design, run and document continuous CRO experiments across landing pages, funnels and forms.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Clay, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Make) to accelerate testing and reporting.
• Analyse spend and conversion data to provide clear performance insights and pivot quickly.
• Support US market expansion by applying a performance‑first mindset.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on performance marketing/growth experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ownership of a marketing budget and measurable growth targets.
• Demonstrated CRO track record with frequent A/B testing and learning documentation.
• Fluent German language skills.
