Senior Project Manager – Data Centres

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a data centre project in Frankfurt, from construction through commissioning and hand‑over. The role requires strong leadership, rigorous risk management and the ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a medium‑to‑large data centre project.
- Manage scope, programme, budget and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive project performance and nurture strong client relationships.
Required profile
- 5+ years managing multidisciplinary design, engineering and construction projects, preferably in data centres.
- Professional project‑management qualifications (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) are desirable.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Previous experience with a design and engineering firm.
- Right to work in Germany.
