Senior Project Manager – Green Chemistry Development

About the role

DUDE CHEM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of greener chemical manufacturing processes. You will own projects from early development through implementation in a production plant, ensuring they meet time, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, risks and decisions to senior management and customers.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex development projects in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
