Senior Project Planner – Data Center (Frankfurt)

About the role

Elusav Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Planner to join a leading European engineering contractor on a high‑profile data‑center project in Frankfurt. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed schedules across pre‑construction, construction and commissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management.
• Produce progress databases, milestone projections, and delay/float analyses.
• Prepare tender schedules, histograms, and resource/cash‑loading plans.
• Lead planning meetings, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and support weekly work‑face planning.
• Provide data for payment applications, contract reviews, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Audit on‑site progress, record delays, and ensure schedule quality and accuracy.
• Cover Planning Manager or Project Planner duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of planning experience on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with excellent communication skills.
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines and delivering accurate reports.
