Senior Recruiting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a fast‑growing Berlin‑based FinTech. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as a strategic partner, ensuring the company builds high‑performing teams that fuel its next growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from intake and active sourcing to structured interviews and offer closure.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn and additional channels to attract passive, top‑tier talent.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Adapt recruiting processes to a fast‑growth environment, balancing speed with candidate experience.
• Continuously improve the recruiting function by introducing new tools, channels, and metrics.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on recruiting experience, preferably in tech, digital or startup settings.
• Proven expertise in active sourcing across multiple platforms.
• Confidence in delivering structured, competency‑based interviews.
• Strong ownership mindset with high quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1 level).
