Senior Revenue Operations

About the role

You will be the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire in a fast‑growing revenue organization, partnering with leadership to design and operate systems that accelerate growth. The role combines strategic project ownership, reporting, and the operational backbone across the entire revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and Managing Director to build and scale revenue systems.
• Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.
• Build and maintain the operational backbone from business development through AE pipeline, onboarding, and expansion.
• Own reporting and analytics to surface patterns and turn data into strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to remove friction.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant revenue operations, business development, or strategy experience (or 5+ years for a senior level) with demonstrated progression.
• Startup or high‑growth experience building systems from zero.
• Experience designing and operating systems across the revenue cycle and strong reporting/analytics skills.
• Fluent in German and English, comfortable with Europe‑focused dynamics.
• Willing and able to work on‑site in Munich at least four days per week.
• Experience implementing AI tooling, automation, or enablement in revenue operations.
