About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Strategic Account Managers and drive growth across its key strategic accounts in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Based in Frankfurt with a hybrid work model, you will shape the company’s market presence and build long‑term partnerships with high‑value customers.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage, coach and develop a team of Account Managers covering strategic accounts.
- Promote AVEVA software products and services to expand the customer footprint.
- Assist Account Managers in creating Strategic Account Plans and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Coach on CRM usage, sales processes, pipeline health and forecasting.
- Engage directly with customers, act as executive sponsor, and lead business reviews.
- Collaborate with market leadership and marketing to coordinate campaigns and go‑to‑market activities.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial software or related sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to travel regionally (30‑40% of the time) and navigate complex enterprise environments.
