Senior Software Engineer – SAP BTP Cloud Solutions

About the role

We are partnering with a leading IT service provider and SAP specialist to strengthen their engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, develop, and deliver cloud‑based solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for a portfolio of demanding clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cloud‑native software solutions using SAP BTP.
• Collaborate directly with clients to capture requirements and provide expert SAP consulting.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to testing and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Work in an agile, innovative team environment and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a software engineer, especially on cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and implement SAP solutions for complex business challenges.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken.
