Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

vivenu is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full‑cycle recruitment process for a fast‑growing live‑entertainment tech company. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple functions to attract top talent and support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from proactive sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Handle a diverse portfolio of requisitions across Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Partnerships and other business units.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to define candidate profiles and make data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, market mapping and direct outreach to engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Integrate employer branding into the candidate journey to ensure a premium experience.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to keep recruitment data accurate and processes efficient.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including high‑volume or specialized hiring.
• Background in fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environments with a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience in headhunting or executive search (agency background preferred).
• Ability to assess both technical and soft skills for GTM and leadership roles.
• Strategic, goal‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
