Site Manager – Data Centre Fit-Outs

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day construction operations of complex interior fit‑out projects in Europe’s most advanced data centres. Based in the Frankfurt region, you will be on‑site 4‑5 days a week, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence from ground‑breaking to final inspection.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the CSA interior package, including structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access flooring and Hot Aisle Containment systems.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractor trades, conduct toolbox talks and enforce EHS and QA/QC standards.
• Log daily progress and issues using digital project‑management platforms, providing real‑time updates to the Project Manager and Operations Director.
• Collaborate closely with on‑site supervisors, logistics & EHS managers, QA specialists, BIM/engineering teams and quantity surveyors.
• Identify and resolve site‑level challenges quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing on‑site construction or high‑spec interior fit‑outs, preferably in data centre, cleanroom or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, QA/QC procedures and document‑management best practices.
• Proven ability to control multiple subcontractors and maintain fast‑track schedules.
• Excellent command of English; French and Polish are advantageous.
• High mobility and willingness to work across Germany and the Netherlands as project needs evolve.

Required skills

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar BIM platforms.
• Proficiency in digital site‑management tools.
