Specialist Recruiter – EMEA Talent Acquisition

About the role

Microsoft is looking for a Specialist Recruiter to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team and support hiring for its Commercial Business. Based in Germany, you will accelerate growth across Germany, Austria and the wider EMEA region by identifying and recruiting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent gaps and develop end‑to‑end hiring plans.
• Design and implement recruiting processes and strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze hiring data and trends to set targets, track progress and address short‑ and long‑term talent needs.
• Attract candidates by leveraging market intelligence, competitor insights and employer branding.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, to source diverse and non‑traditional talent.
