Station Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

As a Station Agent for Turkish Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for passengers arriving on aircraft and will ensure smooth coordination among various airport stakeholders. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality service and supporting seamless flight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome passengers as flights arrive and facilitate communication between crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic control, customs and immigration.
• Prepare and verify all required flight documentation and place daily catering orders.
• Maintain comprehensive flight records and perform post‑flight document filing and statistical analysis of flight coupons.
• Coordinate lost‑baggage recovery with handling agents and manage the compensation process when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Permanent residence permit in the country of employment.
• At least 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, in shifts including overnight.
• Strong teamwork orientation with the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language.
