Store Manager – Berlin

About the role

Wolt is expanding its Wolt Market grocery service across Germany and is looking for a Store Manager to lead one of its Berlin locations. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience while driving fast, reliable grocery deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of speed, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop 2‑4 Shift Leads, providing them with the tools and knowledge to run their shifts effectively.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and product assortment to meet local demand.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with the broader Wolt Market team to align store activities with company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or grocery store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
