Store Supervisor – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to join The North Face team in Frankfurt. This entry‑level management position offers a clear path toward store management while allowing you to lead by example and shape the in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain a customer‑ready environment that follows brand visual‑merchandising standards.
• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to policies, procedures, and health‑safety guidelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators and actively contribute to achieving store targets.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic team player who leads with energy and a hands‑on mindset.
• Comfortable taking responsibility, including opening and closing the store.
• Retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
