Strategic Partnerships Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our Remarketing Corporate EU Team. In this role you will drive growth and innovation for AUTO1’s international remarketing department, identifying new business opportunities and building high‑impact partnerships across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies for the Corporate EU sector.
• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities in the used‑car market.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and draft tender responses, monitor and manage projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑time experience, preferably in a growth company, start‑up or management consulting.
• Strong operational understanding and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Structured, independent working style with some project‑management experience.
• Fluent in English and German, spoken and written.
