Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design and evaluate AI training environments that mimic real‑world consulting engagements. The role is remote and project‑based, focusing on translating authentic consulting work into structured tasks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
