Talent Acquisition Intern / Working Student (HR)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern or Working Student to join our HR team starting August 1 2026. The role supports the recruitment process across the company, offering 20 hours per week for a working student or 40 hours per week for an intern for at least four months.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Manage applicant communications, including invitations and rejection letters.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Support the maintenance and user management of the SmartRecruiters ATS and related recruiting tools.
• Assist with university marketing activities and career events.
• Contribute to ongoing HR projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university or college and will remain enrolled for at least one more year (working‑student) or available for a minimum of four months (internship).
• Highly organized, able to stay calm under pressure and communicate professionally.
• Strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data.
• Quick learner with a proactive work attitude.
• Fluent English (C1); German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system (or similar ATS).
