Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Spiko is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring across the business as we scale. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will act as a true headhunter, building a sourcing engine and candidate experience that consistently attracts top talent for engineering, product and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and approach passive candidates, building a strong talent pipeline ahead of need.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, from calibration with hiring managers to extending offers, ensuring fast‑moving, structured interviews.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and founders on job descriptions, scorecards, market insights and talent strategy.
• Track and report on pipeline health, time‑to‑hire and sourcing channel performance, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with proven headhunting (direct sourcing, market mapping, cold outreach).
• Demonstrated success hiring for start‑ups.
• Excellent written and spoken English (French a plus).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous early‑stage environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
