Technical Building Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Building Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany. The role involves ensuring the smooth technical operation of buildings, coordinating maintenance, and supporting the portfolio takeover phase.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the technical operation of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
• Supervise maintenance contracts and technical service providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper functioning of buildings.
• Participate in portfolio takeover activities such as audits, technical visits, and document reviews.
• Act as the liaison between the local team and external stakeholders.
• Monitor technical budgets and contribute to reporting for owners.

Required profile

• Higher education in real estate, construction, facility management or engineering.
• Proven experience in technical management of tertiary and logistics real estate portfolios.
• Strong command of operating contract and service provider management.
• Professional English (minimum B2) and fluent German.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Yardi or an equivalent property management software.
