Technical Product Manager – Robotics (All genders)

About the role

Stark is seeking a Technical Product Manager to act as the bridge between system engineers, program managers and a cross‑functional team of hardware and software engineers. You will translate high‑level requirements into clear, actionable work items and ensure the team delivers robust robotic platforms on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with system engineers and program managers to break down complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog across hardware (optics, supplier specs) and software (embedded systems, sensor overlays) stacks.
• Facilitate daily alignment, unblock impediments and keep sprints progressing smoothly.
• Document technical capabilities, system resources and sprint outcomes for stakeholders.
• Review completed work against requirements, managing trade‑offs between hardware constraints, software performance and timelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role on hardware‑software integrated products.
• Strong technical literacy with ability to read code repositories and discuss system architecture.
• Systems thinking in robotics and embedded technology.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts.
