Technical Quality Engineer

About the role

The Technical Quality Engineer supports Geely’s dealer network by providing expert technical assistance, managing warranty processes, and ensuring product quality across after‑sales operations. This role works closely with dealers and headquarters to resolve complex issues, drive service improvements, and prepare the network for new model launches.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for complex repair and diagnostic cases.
• Implement Geely technical standards, repair procedures and service bulletins.
• Escalate technical issues to the Regional Service Center and follow up on resolutions.
• Monitor technical cases and enhance dealer technical capability.
• Support warranty policy implementation and assist dealers with claim handling.
• Track warranty performance, identify improvement areas and support audits.
• Deliver technical and warranty training for after‑sales teams.
• Act as the technical focal point for new model launches, including documentation, tool preparation and on‑site support.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in automotive technical support, warranty or quality.
• Background in fast‑moving OEM, importer or authorized dealer environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes and warranty procedures.
• HV certification is an advantage.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
