Technical Recruiter – Full‑Stack Talent Acquisition

About the role

Buena is building the next generation of prop‑tech by turning property managers into technology companies. As the first Technical Recruiter, you will shape the talent pipeline that fuels our rapid growth and help us attract entrepreneurial full‑stack engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to source, engage and hire highly qualified technical talent.
• Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to define long‑term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, match candidates to teams, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Design and improve recruiting processes, create targeted outreach campaigns, and build relationships with industry leaders.
• Strengthen Buena’s employer brand within technical builder communities.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of engineer recruiting experience in a fast‑paced early‑stage environment.
• Proven ability to own full‑cycle recruiting – from sourcing to closing.
• Strong technical aptitude to assess engineering qualifications.
• Tech‑forward mindset, comfortable using modern recruiting tools and AI.
• Entrepreneurial experience (e.g., freelancing, GTM, building or selling a product) is a plus.
