UX Designer / Product Designer

About the role

As a UX Designer / Product Designer at Aceve, you will shape digital tools for electricians, plumbers and contractors, ensuring they are intuitive and meet real‑world needs. You will work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate user insights into compelling interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve user experiences across Aceve’s product suite.
• Plan and execute user research studies, analyse findings and share insights.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity designs to validate concepts.
• Contribute to and maintain the Aceve Design System for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Promote UX best practices through workshops, presentations and mentorship.
• Document design decisions, guidelines and supporting materials for internal use.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UX principles, product design methodologies and user research techniques.
• Passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and improving design processes.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
