Vice President, Go-To-Market

About the role

Visium is looking for a Vice President, Go‑To‑Market to shape and execute its commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end revenue engine, drive new business, and build a scalable go‑to‑market engine for AI‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s go‑to‑market strategy across multiple channels.
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline, coordinating inbound, outbound, and partner‑led motions.
• Lead commercial operations, establishing cadence for forecasting, reporting, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product, delivery, and market positioning.
• Mentor and develop junior commercial talent and business development directors.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts in services, consultancy, or technology.
• Strong hunter instinct with experience in cold outreach, long sales cycles, and complex buying committees.
• Technical foundation (MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) enabling credible technical conversations.
• Experience designing multi‑channel GTM motions and disciplined pipeline management.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
