Vice President, Investor Relations (EU)

About the role

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is seeking a charismatic Vice President to lead its Investor Relations function across Europe. The role focuses on syndicated capital formation, building and deepening relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors to secure deal‑by‑deal investments.
• Organise and host exclusive investor events, dinners, and one‑on‑one meetings to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Develop and deliver tailored investment pitches for smaller to mid‑sized ticket sizes.
• Maintain regular communication with investors, providing updates, reports, and market insights.
• Own the fundraising strategy for syndicated, deal‑by‑deal investments, from structuring to execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor approaches to continuously refine outreach tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive investment materials and ensure a premium investor experience.
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and best‑practice standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or fundraising within private equity, venture capital, asset management, or similar environments.
• Proven track record raising capital from HNWIs, single‑family offices, and multi‑family offices for SMEs.
• Established, wide‑reaching network of investors across Europe.
• Polished, confident personality suited for high‑end investor engagements.
• Independent, strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset.
