Vice President of People & Talent

About the role

lemon.markets is looking for a Vice President of People & Talent to shape and scale its People function as the company enters a new growth phase. Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the extended executive board, you will act as a strategic partner, driving leadership development, culture, and organizational effectiveness across lemon.markets and its parent dwpbank Group.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end People & Talent function, overseeing talent acquisition, compensation, performance, feedback, career development and people policies.
• Embed, scale and ensure consistent execution of existing processes, standards and initiatives.
• Design and evolve leadership frameworks, including Leadership Principles and Development programs.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on people, leadership and organisational effectiveness topics.
• Moderate executive forums such as the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Board, ensuring preparation, focus and accountability.
• Lead company‑wide rituals and cadences, including All‑Hands meetings, planning cycles, off‑sites and other leadership ceremonies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading People & Talent functions in fast‑growing technology or financial services organisations.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with C‑level executives.
• Track record of building scalable leadership structures, rituals and culture initiatives.
