Visiting Talent Associate

About the role

Peec AI, a fast‑growing Series A startup in Berlin, is looking for a Visiting Talent Associate to support the building of its world‑class team. This internship offers a front‑row seat to the hiring process of a high‑growth tech company, working directly with the CEO and recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the founding recruiting team to scale hiring across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Finance.
• Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, Juicebox, AI‑driven tools, and referrals.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring pipelines, from outreach to interview coordination and funnel management.
• Conduct first‑round interviews and assess candidates for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 internships or work experiences in recruiting, venture capital, consulting, high‑growth startups, or talent‑related functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High curiosity about startups, technology, and team dynamics.
• Low‑ego, hands‑on attitude and eagerness to work closely with founders.
