Visual Merchandiser - Full Time

About the role

A full-time Visual Merchandiser is sought for the Peak Performance Munich retail store. The role reports to the Store Manager and works closely with the Area Visual Merchandiser. The store sells skiwear and outdoor apparel, and the ideal candidate has experience in visual merchandising and in personal sales and finds it easy to build contact with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the store's visual expression and commercial performance by combining brand guidelines, visual merchandising direction, local insights and sales data to create a customer journey that reflects the brand and drives sales.
• Plan and execute campaign setups, including windows and in-store displays, in line with VM guidelines.
• Lead and support the store team on visual execution by coaching the team and acting as the go-to person for all visual matters, keeping visual retail standards consistent.

Required profile

• Commercially driven, using sales data and customer insights to guide visual decisions.
• Consumer centric: understands consumer behaviour, needs and trends.
• Organised and adaptable, able to plan ahead while staying flexible when things change quickly, with attention to detail.
• Takes initiative and looks for ways to improve the customer journey and store performance.
• Strong communicator who collaborates well and shares feedback.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends, with some shifts focused on supporting sales on the floor during peak trading times.

Required skills

• Proven visual merchandising experience, delivering high visual standards in a retail store, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand.
