Working Student – Partner Sales (Benelux & Nordics)

About the role

We are looking for a Working Student to support our Partner Sales team for the Benelux and Nordics markets. Based in Berlin, you will work in a hybrid model, assisting with partner onboarding, customer support and market research. This role offers a fast‑paced fintech environment with direct exposure to sales and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Partner Sales team with administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, CRM data entry and pipeline tracking.
• Conduct research on potential partners, competitors and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in managing customers referred by partners, guiding them through onboarding, activation and demo preparation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and internal platform, ensuring clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk and Compliance teams to resolve onboarding blockers and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages (Dutch, French, Nordic, Swedish) are a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Motivation to learn and develop a career in a fast‑growing fintech environment.
• Preferably based in Berlin and able to work in a hybrid setting.
