Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Home, Electronics, FMCG)

About the role

Join TikTok’s fast‑growing e‑commerce division as an Account Manager responsible for acquiring and nurturing new sellers across multiple categories. You will work closely with merchants, creators and internal teams to drive sustainable growth on the TikTok Shop platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and incubate new sellers in Home & Living, Electronics or FMCG categories.
• Map the category landscape, prioritize segments and develop a clear roadmap for long‑tail partners.
• Plan, execute and monitor category performance metrics.
• Onboard partners, propose business models, educate them on creator affiliation and set mid‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to support partner content creation.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Propose and implement initiatives to strengthen competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management or new‑seller acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Logical thinking, analytical mindset and customer‑service orientation.
• Familiarity with social content formats (livestream, short‑video) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German to interact with German‑based stakeholders.
