AI Motion Expert

About the role

Zalando is seeking a creative AI Motion Expert to produce premium AI‑generated video content, motion elements and fashion‑led visual storytelling. The role blends Adobe‑based workflows with emerging generative AI tools to deliver compelling digital banners and campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create AI‑based motion elements, animations and visual effects for digital banners and campaign assets.
• Utilise Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and other relevant tools to produce motion content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into motion projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation or a similar creative role.
• Demonstrated ability to showcase a diverse range of projects, including AI‑based outputs.
• Strong collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
• Proactive attitude towards exploring new AI video capabilities and driving creative innovation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI video and image generation (text‑to‑video, image‑to‑video pipelines).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop.
• Strong aesthetic judgment in fashion visuals.
