Principal Product Designer – Size & Fit (Parental Leave Cover)

About the role

The Principal Product Designer will lead the design of the Size & Fit experience, including the Virtual Fitting Room, helping millions of customers find the right size and reduce returns. The role is based in Berlin and spans the Size & Fit and Proposition teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of the Virtual Fitting Room and personalized size advice features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science and external partners to create seamless, data‑driven fit solutions.
• Prototype, test and iterate quickly to turn assumptions into validated product decisions.
• Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and share expertise at community events.

Required profile

• Strong UI/UX expertise with a track record of raising design quality.
• Ability to define problem space, set vision and translate strategy into cohesive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, trusted partner to product, engineering and data teams.

Required skills

• Design systems and accessibility best practices.
• Workshop facilitation, prototyping and user research methods.
• UX writing and clear documentation of design decisions.
