AI Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for an AI Operations Associate to work on production‑grade, agentic AI systems that process real insurance claims for DAX‑listed insurers. You will operate pilots, troubleshoot edge cases, and help turn manual workflows into scalable AI‑driven processes while becoming the internal expert on the Claude model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep, hands‑on proficiency with Claude, including prompt engineering, context management, multi‑step reasoning and structured output generation.
• Support enterprise pilot launches from the first claim through full operational rollout, fixing issues in real time.
• Map existing manual insurance claim workflows, identify failure points and design automated AI pipelines and review queues.
• Write SOPs, configure AI pipelines and establish measurable quality metrics that meet the standards of large insurers.
• Scale successful solutions by removing bottlenecks, compressing cycle times and delivering documented, reliable systems ready for higher volume.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset eager to work directly with founders, senior AI engineers and C‑level insurance executives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex edge cases in a production environment.
• Interest in frontier AI technologies and willingness to stay up‑to‑date with model releases.
