Apprentice Retail Assistant - Strellson Store Düsseldorf

About the role

Holy Fashion Group, which owns the brands JOOP!, Strellson and Windsor, is looking for an apprentice for its Strellson store in Düsseldorf, starting in August or September 2027. The group describes itself as a team of passionate people who want to satisfy customers at the highest level, and it wants apprentices who will help shape the future of the group.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and sell the high-quality collections
• Independently manage the sales areas, including sales figures, orders and success factors
• Handle reservations, extra orders, returns, checkout processes and customer complaints
• Take part in warehouse processes, visual merchandising and other projects

Required profile

• A very good or good secondary school leaving certificate is desirable
• Enjoyment of working with people and initial counselling experience, for example through an internship
• Fast, careful and conscientious way of working with high quality standards
• Team player, reliable and interested in a long-term career in the stores
• Communicative personality and openness to new ideas
