Architectural Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team in Germany. The role involves leading complex architectural projects for renowned clients across research, education and health sectors, ensuring innovative design and sustainable construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with our design studio throughout all phases.
• Manage project budgets, contracts and timelines to meet cost, deadline and quality targets.
• Act as primary contact for building owners and external service providers.
• Oversee coordination of specialist planners and consultants, especially for highly technical research and health buildings.
• Ensure compliance with sustainable construction practices, with a focus on timber construction where applicable.

Required profile

• Assertive and responsible personality with a confident appearance.
• Humour, agility and enthusiasm combined with strong leadership skills.
• Diploma or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Several years of experience across all planning and execution phases, proven by references.
• Strong conceptual and design abilities and innovative thinking.
