Associate Director, Total Productive Maintenance Lead

About the role

The Associate Director, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Lead will drive the global deployment of TPM across Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' manufacturing network. Reporting into the One Operational Excellence System, you will shape strategy, standards and capability‑building to achieve world‑class equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global TPM framework, standards and maturity models.
• Lead the multi‑year TPM deployment roadmap across all CCEP markets.
• Introduce best‑in‑class TPM and manufacturing excellence practices from leading organisations.
• Establish governance, performance tracking and executive review processes.
• Build TPM capability through training, certification and coaching programmes.
• Act as the global subject‑matter expert for Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Early Equipment Management.
• Partner with Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Site and Maintenance leaders to remove barriers and accelerate performance.
• Deliver measurable improvements in OEE, reliability, asset productivity, cost efficiency and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in TPM, Operational Excellence, Asset Care or Reliability environments.
• Proven success leading TPM or manufacturing excellence programmes across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Track record of delivering operational and financial improvements.
• Experience developing capability‑building and change‑management programmes.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
